This listing is for a COMPLETELY CUSTOM DESIGN which requires a new layout or new calligraphy title. The cost is completely dependent on the amount of work to be done. Any additional charges required for the custom design, will be discussed prior to the project beginning and will require payment before work can begin on custom designs.

Card design size is 5"x7" (4"x6" is available upon request at no extra charge)
Multiple photo placement is available upon request (may require additional charges depending on difficulty)

::::: HOW IT WORKS :::::
• Purchase this listing, and include any color match or metallic text requests. In the personalization field, include the text you'd like in calligraphy, and/or in a font, and your message and names for the card. Also include directions for which photo you'd like on the front, and/or if you'd like photos on the back.

• Email your hi-resolution photo (s) to shoplovelezlee [at]
**If you know where you are getting them printed, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, as certain places have different size/bleed requirements. I will happily alter your design to fit their printing specs! (i.e. Costco or VistaPrint)

• For custom designs, I will return your message discussing the text, and ask any questions needed. You will then receive a sketch or proof for approval within 2-4 days.

• Once the design/proof is approved, you will receive a final proof to approve for the final design. After receiving the approval for the final design, I will send you the hi-resolution jpg to keep and print at any photo center or print shop!

Please choose a large, high resolution photo. If sending from an iPhone, select "Actual Size" when emailing. Please also make sure your photo has adequate "empty" or negative space in it so the card elements will fit!

Depending on what type of prints you are looking for, here are my solutions for you!

A simple and beautiful solution, which also saves money - is to get them printed just as you would get photo prints done through an online printer like SmugMug, Shutterfly, Snapfish, Walgreens, Costco, or Walmart. I highly recommend, Mpix, or because I think they have good quality printing.

But if you're looking for something more like a post card, or card stock, I recommend using, Overnight Prints or VistaPrint. They will all use something similar to 15-16pt heavy weight, matte paper. I have used all of those and they are great printers. If you do plan to use one of them, let me know and I will adjust the file so that you have a bleed, which will make for perfectly trimmed prints!

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. Please note that e-check payments through PayPal typically take 3-5 business days to clear.

Shipping from United States

All items are shipped via USPS. During the holidays, please expect delays, especially with the pandemic. All items are processed and shipped approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed and payment is cleared. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please feel free to request faster or priority shipping, I will be happy to quote you a price for the extra shipping!

Please verify that your shipping info is correct upon checkout, but in the event that I receive a return due to error in name or address, I am happy to re-ship the item. However, customers are responsible for paying a second shipping fee to cover additional shipping.

If an order has been marked as delivered, I am unable to provide replacement items.

Due to the pandemic, and the current shipping climate, many international locations are no longer accepting USPS packages from the US. I have had to minimize my shipping availability to foreign countries due to these difficulties. Please note, when an international shipment leaves my shop, I cannot guarantee when it will arrive due to this shipping dilemma. I do my best to get all packages out in a timely manner, but unfortunately I do not have control over international shipments. Some shipments have taken up to 3-4 months after shipping. Refunds cannot be given on international shipments due to their long term delays.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

I am happy to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, as long as your order has not already been shipped. If an item is lost in USPS mail and is not marked as delivered, I will happily refund you the cost or ship you a new item free of charge once 15 business days have passed, simply let me know that you have not received your package and I will take care of it.

Only unopened and unused items will qualify for a return or exchange. Orders must be returned within 15 days or receiving order receipt. Once the returned item is received and processed, the charges will be directly credited to you. Shipping costs on returns and exchanges of non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable.

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours upon opening. Please send clear pictures of damaged item(s) to shoplovelezlee[at]
